Straitjacket Pinion Strap

A longer version of our Elbow Binder Strap perfect for use with a straitjacket.

This binder strap sits at the lower back, looping round the arms and pulling the elbows back and against the body while the main straitjacket straps pull the arms forwards for a stricter tighter position.
